Google's Pixel & Pixel XL: no more Nexus?
About a month ago, Google released two new phones, to replace the Nexus line. They are the best phones you can buy right now. And you can't deny that. But they aren't very 'Nexus'.
First of all, they ARE for everyone. Nexii used to be for those, for who the latest and cleanest software is important. I'm one of those too. But i would recomennd Pixel to everyone. It's much more like iPhone than like Nexus. But that isn't always bad.
It's simillar to iPhone 7 in price too. Price is excatly the same in USA. But here's the problem: it will not be available in many countryes (including Slovenia) and I don't really know why. You can still get it on Amazon if you want.
I don't really wanna write to much about specs, so let's just list them:
-Snapdragon
-4gb RAM
-QuadHD AMOLED Display 534ppi (XL)/HD AMOLED Display (Pixel)
-12mp camera
-Android 7.1 Nougat
-Snapdragon 821
-3450mah Li-Po battery
They will still (almost) have all benefits of Nexus: they will get newest Android directly from Google and will ship without bloatware. To finish it off, you can buy a high-end VR headset for 'only' 99$.
I recommend to anyone, who wants to buy an iPhone 7, to at least consider the Pixel. I, personaly won't be buyong it. It's way to expensive for me. But I may be looking towards last year Nexii that will get huge discounts when Pixel arrives.
